From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'FreshPantry' originated from one vision: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our pizza kitchen began as a quaint spot managed by our family, with time-honored recipes passed along across generations.
'Marco Rossi', our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her journey across Italy, learning from renowned pizza makers in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Once back in the UK, she resolved to reproduce the essence of true Italian pizza with classic techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Initially starting with just a dozen seats, our pizzeria now holds a special place in the community's heart. Despite our growth, our dedication to providing the finest quality has stood the test of time. We continue to use age-old wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and only choose the best produce available.
Presently, 'FreshPantry' is still directed by the Rossi lineage, with the next generation heading our committed crew. While integrating select contemporary enhancements, the core of our business remains to serve delectable, authentic pizzas that unite people.
