Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order within two hours of making the purchase. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and labels intact. Refund Process

Items not eligible for refund
Customized items or items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Ready-to-eat food items cannot be returned due to safety reasons unless there is an issue with the quality or they were delivered in a damaged condition.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service team.
Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
